It has been a very full week at Parvati Foundation as we continue to manage our way through the global COVID-19 crisis. We do what we must to keep our bodies healthy. We are also committed to our total health in body, mind and spirit. Each of us is choosing to see this current crisis as an opportunity to commit more deeply to a healthy world by cultivating, now more than ever, our own inner peace sanctuary. By doing so, we may rally for the change our world clearly needs with greater courage and compassion for all. This week and in the following weeks on this “Finding Your Inner Peace Sanctuary” workshop, I will be here supporting you in finding a peaceful mind through these troubled times.
